Just Engraved

All gifts can be personalized with Names, Initials, and Dates etc. Most gifts can accommodate multiple lines of engraving. If a Monogram is desired, please specify "Monogram Font" when ordering. The initials for a Monogram should be listed in this order: First, Last, Middle initial. All personalization is included in pricing.

Please email customer service at info@justengraved.com with any unanswered engraving or personalization questions.

Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters.

If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order.

Font Styles - We personalize each gift with the font as it is pictured. You will notice font styles do vary from product to product. This cannot be changed. We can only personalize your gift with the font pictured.

Monograms - If you would like a Monogram, please specify "Monogram Font" and provide the initials in this order: First, Last, Middle. You will be prompted for this during the check out process at the section titled "Customer comments".

If you need to clarify your engraving intentions, please do so in the "Customer comments field. This box will be revealed during the check out process.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

We will ship all engraved gift orders within 2-3 business days.
We will ship all Candle orders within 5 business days.
Please allow an additional 48 hours for additions to an existing order.
Changes cannot be made on engraving once the order has been received.
Please note: Candle orders will ship separately from engraved gift orders.
Due to the weight and size of several items, we reserve the right to contact customers with an adjusted shipping amount.

Return Policy

Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to Just Engraved for inspection must be properly packaged, Just Engraved will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Shipping charges incurred by customer for returns will be credited upon inspection and approval of the return by Just Engraved. Please place gift and candle orders at least 3 weeks prior to their event date. This will help to alleviate rush-shipping charges.
